Multiple sources confirm that The X Factor judge, Simon Cowell (53) is reportedly expecting a baby with New York socialite Lauren Silverman (36).
According PEOPLE, the news has been hot gossip among friends recently because Silverman is married to Cowell's close friend, real estate mogul Andrew Silverman.
A source reveals in the August 12 issue of Us Weekly, Lauren and Andrew have been unhappy in their marriage for some time, and their divorce has been in the works for a while. As their marriage deteriorated, she and Simon became close.
Representatives for Simon Cowell could not be immediately reached for comment. However, a representatives for the mogul allegedly told the Daily Mail it's a "very sensitive issue" and directed all questions to his lawyer.

Last summer, Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman were spotted vacationing together in St. Barts.
Prior to meeting Lauren Silverman, Cowell was engaged to Idol makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, but the couple broke off their 18-month engagement in September 2011.
Simon Cowell also dated TV personality Carmen Electra, the couple opened up about their union in December 2012 but shortly after Cowell confirmed their split in February 2013.
Simon Cowell has repeatedly said he’s not cut out to be a dad but in April this year he gushed about plans to have a daughter. But last year he hinted in an interview that he hadn’t entirely ruled out the idea of starting a family.
