Along with the crazy megapixel count, Nokia Lumia 1020 features a custom camera app that has functions never before seen on a smartphone.
Nokia is hoping the Lumia 1020 attracts photo enthusiasts and anyone else who wants the best possible camera in their pocket.
The Nokia Lumia 1020 combines the image quality, video quality and performance of a DSLR camera with the simplicity and convenience of a smartphone that’s always with you.
Nokia Lumia 1020 boasts the best camera innovation ever seen in a smartphone. It’s built with a 41MP sensor, optical image stabilization, ZEISS optics with a 6-lens design, and a whole array of other impressive tech specs to ensure you always capture high-quality photos with the least amount of effort.

The Lumia 1020 comes with 3 separate camera apps: the standard Windows Phone Camera app, Nokia Pro Cam, and Nokia Smart Cam.
The Nokia Lumia 1020 actually takes two pictures at once in Pro Cam mode — an ultrahigh resolution image with 34 or 38 megapixels, in 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio, plus a 5-megapixel image that’s easier to share wirelessly.
One reason to generate the smaller images is you can share the photo via email, through text, or over your social networks.
But the duplication does make things a bit more complicated for users. If you want to move the full-size photo files off the phone you need to use a USB cable. Or you can upload them to AT&T’s cloud-storage service, but you can’t load them onto Microsoft’s SkyDrive or transfer them via Wi-Fi.
Perhaps Nokia should offer desktop versions of the photo-handling apps on the 1020. Majid said it’s something the company is "looking into."
The Nokia Lumia 1020 is also a very nice phone. It has a 4.5-inch touch screen, 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
For now it’s an exclusive to AT&T, price varies with service agreement : $269.99 - $699.99
