SEC Network Ready for 2014 College Football Kicks Off..!

This is great news for everyone because college football is finally back..!

The new SEC Network is now on Bright House Networks, will get the 2014 college football season. The network is available at no extra charge to Bright House Networks customers in both standard and high definition on channels 72 and 1150. In addition, viewers can watch all the action on the BHTV app at home or on the go on a smart phone or tablet.
The SEC Network’s first live football game is Thursday at 6 p.m. when Texas A&M plays at South Carolina. The network hopes to have its 62 million subscribers fired up and ready.

Thusday's game is a big deal for the network, which is available on, among others, AT&T U-Verse, DirecTV, Time Warner Cable, and Dish.

The SEC Network is building permanent sets in each of the conference's communities, including one located in Carolina Park across the street from Williams-Brice Stadium.

Bright House Sports Network also recently announced that the station will air post-game shows following every Buccaneers game this season.

There are 2 more games on Thursday night, Boise State vs. Ole Miss and Temple at Vanderbilt, followed by eight games on Saturday and one on Sunday.

Based on the preseason AP rankings, the two biggest games of the weekend are #16 Clemson at #12 Georgia and #14 Wisconsin vs. #13 LSU.

The problem of course is that the SEC Network is brand spanking new and you’ve probably never watched it before today.
